During the Xmas holidays, my stay at the hotel was memorable. The buffet was satisfying with a great selection of food and there was an option of having a fire to warm up the cold winter. The location was perfect as it was near a theater where we watched shows. The room was clean and the staff was very kind and accommodating.
The economy rooms were not what we had expected, they were small and shared bathrooms with others. The size did not justify the cost. Also, the rumors about rooms not being available until after 3 pm were confirmed, which made it difficult to plan activities upon arrival.

The hotel was located near the beautiful Sapmi park, which offered a variety of tourist activities. the Sami restaurant served amazing food and the local museum was within walking distance. the room was clean and had some nice reindeer decorations, with a warm and cozy ambience.
The staff seemed a little bit disorganized and lacked attention to detail in cleaning the bathroom.

This hotel is situated in the beautiful Sami cultural park, providing a unique and picturesque location for guests. The attention to detail in the rooms, with their area-appropriate decor and comfortable double beds, ensures a cozy stay. Additionally, the staff's helpful and friendly service goes above and beyond to accommodate guests, as seen in the example of the receptionist sending a forgotten item all the way to Belgium!
All aspects of our stay were more than satisfactory; no improvements needed.

Best Easter experience ever! Loved the stunning scenery and hiking trails. the breakfast was amazing; a great variety of fresh, flavorful food was offered. the staff were helpful and always wore a smile. the hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions, with easy access to transportation.
The small room size and limited bathroom amenities, only one towel for each guest. Nonetheless, the cozy ambience of the hotel made up for it.
